books and borrowing priveleges

The Windhoek Public Library offers free study space and material, free usage of the library, it also provides free membership to users. Library users are allowed to borrow out books provided that they have a library membership card. The library offers educational material such as school text books and examination booklets, as well as fictional and non-fictional books and magazines. The library has a reference section, with materials that provide quick and easy to understand information based on a user's research topic.
